Talent Management Specialist (L&D) Up to $4200 - 1 year contract
Our client is an established organization in the technology industry
Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar

Job scope:

  • Execute L&D roadmap, organize various L&D framework and partner with corporate teams to roll out global leadership development programs
  • Participate in leadership development programs
  • Manage talent development plans, implement and connect succession planning
  • Implement coaching programs across APAC and assess/evaluate the project success
  • Coordinate end-to-end people discussion and provide support on annual talent reviews, succession planning and talent analysis
  • Conduct quarterly labor survey, employee experiences survey etc



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Talent Management/ Talent Development/ Learning & Development
  • Prior experience in project management will be ideal
  • Possess vendor management experience
  • Good stakeholder management skills



Salary: up to $4200
Benefits: Completion bonus
