Tech Recruiter Partner up to $7000 (Blockchain Start-Up)
Exciting new opportunity embarking in a new start-up venture within blockchain solutions industry
Location: Central

Job scope:

• * Oversee and manage full cycle recruitment including posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting interview, candidate management, salary negotiation etc
• * Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
• * Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
• * Build strong talent pipelines for Engineering and Products talents
• * Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
• * Liaise with hiring managers, senior stakeholders to understand the hiring requirements and needs
• * Facilitate employee lifecycle process

Requirements:

• * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• * At least 5 years of experience in tech recruitment within the in-house TA realm
• * Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
• * Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
• * Strong communication skills
• * Experienced working in a tech hyper-growth/ start-up environment will be advantageous
• * Possess a good sense of business acumen
