Job Responsibilities

In alignment with the company's strategy and referencing leading industry technical practices, lead business and technical planning as well as technical collaborations in key technical areas/features to ensure that important product features consistently maintain a significant competitive advantage, positively impacting local business performance and contributing to capability enhancement within the domain.

Additional Responsibilities

Be responsible for terminal technology planning and sourcing across the Asia-Pacific region, identify high-quality resources and new technologies, facilitate collaboration with advanced resources, and promote the application of related technologies in products to ensure a closed-loop of competitiveness and enhance product competitiveness.

Skill Requirements

Familiar with product pain points and directions for building competitiveness; have a clear understanding of the layout of technical resources; able to ensure that technology is accessible and usable through various means.

Knowledge Requirements

Able to master and skillfully apply methods of technology planning and sourcing; have a thorough understanding of product pain points and technical pathways; capable of making preliminary value judgments and commercial value analyses regarding technology.
