Trade Execution Executive up to $3300 - 6 month contract
Our client is an established organization in the commodities industry
Location: Raffles Place

Job scope:

• Executing contracts and vessel operational matters, ensure shipment are carried out according to contract terms
• Issue and manage shipping instructions, vessel nominations and ensure smooth executions for all matters relating to letter of credit (LC) and insurance
• Appointment of surveyors and shipping agents
• Reconciliation of quality claims, prepare import/export documents
• Monitor demurrage, claims, charges as per contract and charter party (C/P) to minimize demurrage/ settle payment terms
• Manage customer/supplier payment terms and resolve any payment issues while liaising with treasury, accounting and merchants
• Collaborate with banks and trade finance for LC negotiation matters
• Liaise with traders on open positions, vessels loading and issues related to trading risks
• Reconciliation for accruals, AP/AR with accounts team during month-end

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Comes with experience in commodity industry
• Knowledge in UCP rules, ISBP, Incoterm will be required

Salary: Up to $3300
