Trade Execution Executive (Dry Bulk/Liquid Bulk) up to $5500 - 6 month contract
Our client is an established organization in the commodities industry
Location: Raffles Place/ WFH

Job scope:

• Executing contracts and vessel operational matters, ensure shipment are carried out according to contract terms
• Issue and manage shipping instructions, vessel nominations and ensure smooth executions for all matters relating to letter of credit (LC) and insurance
• Appointment of surveyors and shipping agents
• Reconciliation of quality claims, prepare import/export documents
• Monitor demurrage, claims, charges as per contract and charter party (C/P) to minimize demurrage/ settle payment terms
• Manage customer/supplier payment terms and resolve any payment issues while liaising with treasury, accounting and merchants
• Collaborate with banks and trade finance for LC negotiation matters
• Liaise with traders on open positions, vessels loading and issues related to trading risks
• Manage both Internal / External customer requirements
• Sharing of daily position for paper trade which includes weekly trading position with intercompany, and quarterly reporting on surveying costs, shipped volumes, shrinkage data and shipped, and arrived quality

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in UCP 600 and ISBP
• Strong in LC negotiation
• Familiar with FOSFA, PORAM, NIOP will be an added advantage
• Experienced in dry bulk and liquid bulk will be preferred
• Able to be on 24/7 standby for vessel operations

Salary: Up to $5500
