Training Coordinator

Job description

My client is a globally renowned luxury fragrance maker and stands as one of the largest in the world. Presently, they are in search of a Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the Training Department, focusing specifically on the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure the proper preparation of training materials and collaterals for presentations and training sessions.
  • Schedule and secure suitable training.
  • Facilitate the procurement and meticulous packaging of gifts or products required for training sessions.
  • Print and distribute comprehensive training materials and handouts in a timely manner.
  • Organize and oversee travel arrangements and diligently arrange for training refreshments.
  • Provide valuable assistance in administrative tasks, including maintaining strict confidentiality and updating monthly calendars.
  • Support trainers in preparing education materials and enforcing standards for uniforms/grooming guidelines.
  • Effectively manage the logistics involved, including ordering, maintaining relationships with outsourcing suppliers, and ensuring meticulous packing, shipping, and overall coordination of training materials and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of a diploma or above.
  • Demonstrates diligence and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Shows a genuine passion for the luxury/fashion industry.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Previous experience in luxury/fashion operations will be a plus.
