Position: Crypto VIP Relationship Manager
Location: Turkey

Key Responsibilitie

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value traders, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for each client.
  • Provide concierge-level support and guidance, proactively reaching out to clients and responding promptly to their needs.
  • Offer personalized insights, market intelligence, and platform tips to enhance client engagement and deepen loyalty.

Performance and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities in line with clients' needs and behaviors.
  • Monitor client usage and AUM to identify growth opportunities and retention risks.
  • Drive product adoption and trading frequency by showcasing relevant features and tools.

Customer Strategy and Collaboration:

  • Track client satisfaction through NPS and qualitative feedback loops, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, risk, and compliance teams to provide a seamless client experience and amplify the client's voice internally.
  • Help grow the business through referrals, networking, and deepening relationships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management, relationship management, sales, or customer success-preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, trading, or financial services space.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value/high-net-worth clients with exceptional service standards.
  • In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trader behavior (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Fluent in the language(s) relevant to your region's market; a strong cultural awareness and appreciation are needed.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and performance-oriented.
  • Confident communicator and trusted advisor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and compliance-focused environment.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency trading systems and knowledge of relevant products, especially institutional-grade offerings.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency, with active participation in local crypto communities.
