Joyce O'Dwyer -  Director & Co-Founder of Mercury Creative Pte Ltd

Joyce O'Dwyer hails from Ireland and has a fifteen years career in the marketing communications arena for both agency and client side of the business. She started out her career with one of Germany’s top ten event marketing and communication agencies with whom over a four year period she took on project managerial roles in the MICE business for leading MNC accounts such as AUDI AG, Fidelity Investments Ltd., Hamburg-Mannheimer (now ERGO) in Germany and across Europe.

In 2007, Joyce left Germany to relocate to Singapore where she started out as the event-marketing consultant at Audi Singapore Pte Ltd for the growing automotive brand. She initiated Audi Singapore’s involvement in the then Singapore Fashion Festival 2008 and drove the strategic development of the Audi Fashion Festival, a successful move for Audi brand and an internationally recognised event for Singapore.

In 2010, she left Audi Singapore to set up her own marketing communications consultancy, EurAsia Marketing Communications Pte Ltd and in 2013 she was approached by leading event & pr agency Mercury Marketing Communications (MMC) for a merger. As partner of Mercury Marketing Communications she directed the inaugural Singapore Fashion Week 2015 which saw international icons Victoria Beckham and Diane von Furstenberg come to Singapore and formulated strategic partners and unique content with partners such as Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), the British High Commission and UKTI, Net-a-Porter, LaSalle College of the Arts, Bank of America, British Airways and more. Together with SPRING Singapore, Joyce developed the blueprint for the business focused industry support programme Fashion Futures and directed the inaugural year. 

Charlotte Nors - Managing Director of Singapore Repertory Theatre (SRT)

Charlotte Nors has over 20 years' experience in marketing, public relations and business development in the cultural sector with a track record of producing high quality, successful theatre experiences and fundraising programmes in both Singapore and Denmark.

During her 16 years with SRT the company has become one of the key players in the industry producing and presenting highly successful theatre experiences, which include Shakespeare in the Park, Sam Mendes and Kevin Spacey’s The Bridge Project and original works like Forbidden City: Portrait of an Empress. 

Straits Times in Singapore has listed her several years in a row as one of the 10 people who has made the greatest impact on the arts in Singapore that particular year.

Charlotte is a proud graduate of the DeVos Institute's International Arts Management Fellowship programme at the Kennedy Centre in Washington DC.

Lisa Halim - General Manager of Microsoft Dynamics

Lisa Halim is the General Manager of Microsoft Dynamics, business application business in APAC.  Sheis responsible for developing and driving demand strategy and go-to-market for Microsoft CRM/ERP.  She’s also a strong advocate in digital transformation amongst sales and marketing leaders.  As a senior business leader, Lisa brings with her a 19-year track record of success both in consumer and enterprise marketing across APAC.

Prior to this, she was part of senior leadership teams from notable brand names include Starwood Hotels & Resorts and SAP Asia Pacific and Japan. She enjoys working at the forefront of driving digital transformation for the top enterprises in the region.   Lisa is passionate in driving change and a strong advocate for empowering women, youth and children. She believes that technology can be a great enabler in creating a better world for her 18-month-old girl, Bella, to grow up in. Her family, good books and music are her sources of inspiration and motivation.
