1 Year contract Client Onboarding Specialist - Foreign Banks

Job Duties:

Performed fieldwork of account opening and reviewed procedures for various types of private banking accounts
Supporting the mandate account opening process, improve service delivery and reduce rejection rates.
To provide daily/ weekly MI on status of in-progress requests and rejection analysis.
Comfortable to handle projects and remediation exercises
Tracking of projects progress and deliverables
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Degree preferably in related field
Prior experience in operations, project management and remediation exercises preferred
Knowledge in T24 is an additional advantage
