Job Duties:
Develop a deep understanding of each client's strategic objectives, growth plans, and specific incentive support requirements.
Obtain, validate, and forecast client submitted volume projections
Build detailed pro forma models to evaluate financial outcomes and deal profitability.
Propose incentive structures that align with client needs while meeting internal financial, strategic, and operational criteria
Prepare clear, compelling approval materials, including financial summaries, scenario models, and strategic rationale.
Present proposed deal structures to cross functional stakeholder
Review incentive proposals submitted by Digital Sales Representatives and provide structured recommendations to improve deal quality, financial soundness, and strategic alignment.
Deliver coaching and training sessions focused on best practices in incentive design, financial modeling, client needs assessment, and deal positioning.
Serve as a subject matter expert on incentive programs, maintaining up to date knowledge of market trends, internal policies, and evolving commercial strategies.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience evaluating commercial structures or incentive programs.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
