Job Duties:
- Serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner by advising hiring team on talent demand, industry trends, and market intelligence forecast for talent in the development of staffing strategies.
- Implements impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and select the very best talent with a focus on candidate experience
- Handle entire end to end recruitment process from resume screen to offer close.
- Leads successful planning and debrief meetings with hiring team(s).
- Partners successfully with cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to our Coordinating, Onboarding, Inclusion, and Total Rewards teams.
- Sources and screens applicants to provide a selection of qualified talent to the hiring team
- Continuous interaction with hiring teams and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Drives best-in-class recruitment process to help achieve key hiring metrics.
- Administers and executes candidate onboarding process.
- Participates in special projects as assigned, such as review and propose social media strategies, data management and analytics, branding, and the internship program.
- Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.
- Various after-hours commitment to campus events, Early Careers program events and/or team events required: 15% of the time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or HR related
- Up to 4-6 years of previous experience in graduate/campus related recruitment role
- Results driven, self-starter
- Strong problem-solving and able to prioritize under pressure
- Use initiative to seek advice, collaboration and support from multiple channels
- A keen eye for details
