● Spotting customer voids and challenges and crafting resolutions to address client requirements.

Education & Experience
● At least 7 years' background in overseeing strategic portfolios.
● Verified proficiency in attaining KPIs and distinction in customer care.
● Skill in building a "reliable collaborator" bond with clientele.
● Competence in operating cross functionally with internal partners to fulfill the expectations of the customer.
● Confirmed background in engaging with critical internal and external senior parties.
● Exceptionally capable and self-assured in collective and solo presentations.
● Aptitude to function independently and with minimal supervision.
