A leading global insurance company is embarking on a multi-year and multi-dimension cyber security transformation initiative to continuously modernize, uplift, and strengthen the cyber security posture of the organization.

One key component of this program is the migration to a Global MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) platform and service for 10 Group Companies (GCs) across 5 countries in the South East Asia Region.

Primarily focused on Threat Detection, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Proactive Threat Detection, and Mitigation, the Program Manager will lead the cyber security transformation initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience and rich knowledge in Cyber security transformation program /Project such as Threat Detection, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Proactive Threat Detection, and Mitigation.
  • Own end-to-end project management and delivery across the region.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align projects with the company's strategy.
  • Manage project dependencies, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with Program & Project Owners, Leads, SMEs, and stakeholders to finalize technical requirements and solutions.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project progress.
  • Track progress against plans and escalate issues as needed.
  • Lead activities towards successful project closure, including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period.
  • Manage application maintenance and support services.

Qualifications:

  • Minumum 8+ years of relevant experience in Program Management.
  • Regional experience covering multiple business units in multiple countries preferred.
  • Knowledge in IT security and IT service management advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate internal and external project team members.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel internationally within the region as required.
