Product Manager (Fintech/Brokerage)

About the Role
Craft the user journey for American retail investors on our platform. This is a high-influence position where you'll collaborate intensively with GTM/engineering/design and other global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect essential U.S. investment interfaces spanning real-time quotes/market data, news & community, and transaction execution, ensuring streamlined and dependable user pathways.
  • Translate U.S. retail market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and user patterns into a coherent product vision and execution plan; serve as the advocate for American customers in design evaluations.
  • Join forces with Engineering/Design/Analytics to define challenges and leverage performance indicators and testing methodologies to tackle intricate fintech obstacles.
  • Coordinate with Marketing/Growth and Client Success to develop product positioning, assess user input, and fuel user acquisition and loyalty.
  • Monitor the SEC/FINRA regulatory environment and coordinate with Compliance to embed standards and safeguards into product development from the outset.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product leadership background in fintech; or strategic & commercial analysis expertise in financial services; familiarity with brokerage/trading/digital assets is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in client registration workflows, with particular expertise in U.S. Tax documentation (W-9/W-8, FATCA) and AML/KYC compliance is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the American retail securities ecosystem (demographics, platforms, behaviors) with the capability to convert observations into actionable product choices.
  • Numerical literacy and organized articulation; skilled at producing precise, implementable product specifications.
  • Outstanding interdisciplinary cooperation and robust implementation capabilities.
  • Active personal investment portfolio and authentic enthusiasm for financial markets.
Nice to have:
  • Practical exposure to LLM-driven AI applications, with a track record of deploying them to sophisticated workflows (e.g., information extraction, copy creation, process automation).
  • Flexibility to accommodate scheduling alignment with Asia-Pacific based colleagues.
