*NEW* 1 Year contract Bank Loans Operations/UAT specialist

Job Duties:

• Provide BAU support and follow up on legal documentation on credit facilities such as preparation of facility letters and other security documents, review of operational aspects of credit facilities, verification of authorised signatures, pre‐checking of conditions precedents and conditions
• Handle registration and implementation of credit limits in the bank's systems.
• Perform loan operations duties, including but not limited to new loan disbursement requests and handle funding requirements and rate‐fixing, prepare SWIFT Payments, booking of loans, rollovers, repayments as well as collection of principal repayment, interest and fees due under the credit facilities.
• Preparation of reports and Reporting of long outstanding documents and overdue covenants
• Perform active participation in system user acceptance testing.
• Assist in the update of Work Instructions and Procedures Manual.
• Contribute to process improvement, best practices, efficiency projects and cost‐saving projects.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimally 5-10 years of relevant experience in loans or credit operations Experience
• Tech savvy, proficient in performing User Acceptance Testing
• Good interpersonal skill, attention to details, high productivity, independent and self-motivated
