*NEW* 1 Year contract Business Analyst (Financial institutions)

Job Duties:

• Analyses and validates requirements using a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Performs data analysis to cleanse & standardize data and to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Performs gaps and resolutions analysis.
• Liaising and working closely with stakeholders
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders
• Works closely with the IT and Business teams to ensure solutions are met
• Supports functional and integration testing.
• Provides project support during implementation phases,
• Contributes to project management processes, including status reporting, risk, issue, change management
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the financial industry
• Experience in Data Analysis and change management
• Familiar with data management frameworks
• Prior experience in Reference Data/Operational Data system implementation is desirable
• Strong analytical and communication skills
