*NEW* 1 year contract Paralegal - Foreign Banks

Job Duties:

• Drafting and Negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and other related trading agreements with institutional counterparties
  
• Perform risk management, manage counterparty risk, ensuring that agreements align with the bank's risk tolerance and regulatory requirements
  
• Ensuring all agreements comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards
  
• Working closely with internal teams such as legal, compliance, credit risk management, and trading to ensure all aspects of the agreements are thoroughly vetted and agreed upon
  
• Managing and maintaining accurate documentation for all financial transactions
  
• Assisting in resolving disputes related to the interpretation or execution of agreements
  
• Assist in ad hoc Process Improvements
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree and above
  
• Candidates with 5-10 years of legal experience working with derivatives documentation, negotiation
  
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate ISDA agreements
  
• Solid knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in relation to ISDA related negotiation & execution
