Job description

Job Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake, job posting, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation

  • Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experience.

  • Prepare and present data-driven reports on hiring progress and funnel metrics to influence decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations; maintain accurate ATS data.

  • Drive process improvements and participate in pilots for new recruitment tools.

  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for repeatable skill sets.

  • Provide market insights by analysing competitor trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability

  • Deliver concise market-mapping reports and talent intelligence to support hiring strategies.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or HR related

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, open to both in-house and/or agency environment

  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and present actionable insights

  • Strong problem-solving and able to prioritize under pressure

  • Familiarity with SEA talent markets and hiring practices
