*NEW* Perm HR Manager - (Financial Institution/Start up)

Job description

Job Duties:

  • Handling full spectrum of HR duties including administering employee benefits, employee relations, employee engagement etc
  • Supporting on recruitment function and handling the full employee lifecycle process from onboarding of new hires to offboarding employees, work pass application
  • Provide assistance on execution of performance management to drive for valuable performance evaluations
  • Involved in team-building activities and events
  • Participate in HR projects for HR systems
  • Oversee daily operations of the office
  • Implementing of policies and streamlining of HR practices
  • Hands on and comfortable with providing HR advisory and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in full HR spectrum
  • Prior experience in start up, setting up new HR policies/implementations will be highly preferred
  • Experience in a hypergrowth organization will be a great plus
