After working in procurement in Japan for a couple of years, Rajat was attracted to recruitment due to the fast-paced and international culture. He greatly enjoys recruitment due to the autonomy, performance-based rewards and long-term relationship-building with clients, while developing a successful team of consultants.
After recruiting in Japan for six years, he took the opportunity with Ambition to move to Singapore and lead the Supply Chain & Procurement team, and he is loving the challenge so far.
Rajat specialises in recruiting for leadership-level roles within Supply Chain & Procurement for the Technology sector, as well as the Supply Chain & Procurement teams who specialise across FMCG, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, online and digital industries
