Regional Finance Director, Asia,  Turner & Townsend​

Fran qualified as chartered accountant with BDO UK in 2003, after which he moved to PwC to manage audit teams providing assurance services to UK and US multinationals.

From 2008 to 2014 Fran worked for Hays plc. Fran managed the Group Internal Audit team based in London performing reviews throughout Hays global footprint across 33 countries. Amongst various projects, Fran teamed to provide independent assurance on significant IT implementation projects. He also acted as Internal Audit lead on the migration of UK back office functions to a new offshore centre in India.

In 2010, he moved to Hong Kong as Regional Financial Controller for Hays Asia where he led the automation of contractor payroll, invoicing and upgraded the finance system. He also acted as finance business partner for Hays Asia’s outsourcing business, helping launch their first contractor outsourcing service in Hong Kong, Singapore and India.

Since November 2014, Fran has been based in Singapore as Regional Finance Director for Turner & Townsend. During this time he has helped launch new businesses in Indonesia, the Philippines and Japan.
